Steelcape Protocol Translator Software provides end-to-end security across all networked nodes and executes digital certificate and encryption mechanisms to secure our transactional data, and provides a fundamental feature of Steelcape as it does not require the opening of ports on your firewalls.
The Steelcape Protocol Translator software enables secure network communications between systems on opposite sides of the firewalls. Devices enabled with Protocol Translator Software operates independently, so the Steelcape Enterprise Server is not required at all times for secure data flow
The Protocol Translator provides the following for each communication session:
